David Henry, Broker

EDUCATION

  • 1988: Bachelor of Fine Arts, Columbia College Chicago

  • 1999: Master of Business, St. Mary’s College, Moraga

David became a broker in 2007 after years of investing personally and working as a loan officer, real estate agent and property manager. His experience also includes 9 years at an Asset Management firm, and 5 years at JLL, managing a million square foot portfolio of outdoor shopping centers. He launch the commercial brokerage in 2022.

David is an Associate Professor in the Business Department at Santa Rosa Junior College teaching the real estate licensing courses required by the California Department of Real Estate.

David is an active lifetime member of the Marin County Chapter of the California Grand Jury Association.
